Clarifying Toner is an alpha hydroxy toner which helps dissolve dead skin cells and remove residual impurities. It can be used to cleanse and degrease any time.

Ingredients: Purified Water, SD Alcohol 40, Propylene Glycol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Bark/Leaf/Twig Extract, Glycolic Acid, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Polysorbate-20, Fragrance.

Directions: Use a cotton pad, apply a small amount over the face and neck.
